Trained by the best...

William is an excellent brother! He loves his baby sister, loves hugging her, kissing her, teasing her, and showing her all the tricks. His favorite is pulling a chair around and climbing up into trouble, well Reagan decided to prove she was trained by the best. In the time it takes me to go to the bathroom (#1 not #2 so we are talking just a minute or two.) She had pulled the dining chair over to the counter and dipped into the jam. I found a very sticky, very proud little monster! (look at those eyes, she is to cute for her own good) This girl isn't even close to 2 so why is she entering into the terrible 2s?

Not moving too Far...

So I forgot to tell you where it is. We aren't moving far. It is off of Meridian and Ustick, about a block from Settlers Park. I can still hang out with all my friends. I am so excited for this move, I have soo many plans and ideas I am not sure where to start..

We are moving!!

Yeah we FINALLY got it! It took almost 6 weeks! We have a closing date set for June 26th! Here are a few pictures of our 4 bed/3bath beauty... I wish there was a picture of Alex's room, the previous owner was an artist and did a tropical mural on her wall. So we are going to have lots of fun decorating her room!

What a Great Mothers day!

Wow my hubby scored big this Mothers Day. It started out a little early on Saterday night he gave me a dozen roses!
Then HE got up with Reagan all night. I wake to the smell of bacon ( my fav in the morn when it isn't ME cooking!) On the table are some beatifull pictures the kids had made for me! With one of those tiny boxes all women love to get... Yes! I got a GORGEOUSE diamond necklace! After church I was givin time to lay around and read my book while he got lunch ready for the kids. Then we went to our friends house where the guys cooked LOBSTER and CRAB LEGS! ( now this is a big deal becuse Bob is allergic to shell fish so I NEVER get this stuff and I do love it!) After we played games and enjoyed good company. I can't believe what a wonderful day, I love my Family so much, I know that I am a lucky women to have such a great huband and 3 beautiful kids! I don't know what I did to deserve such a great life but I am very thankful for it!

Children's Day

Alex, in one of her many questionnaires, came to me the other day asking about Mother's day, when? Why? Father's day, when? why? Children's Day? WHAT? I don't think there is a children's day, but I guess if Mom and Dad get a special day, why not let the Children? So I asked when she wanted to have her day. "May 5th" she answered without hesitation. Sure. We really aren't all big on cinco de mio so why not? Well I had forgotten all about this conversation, thinking it was just a wayward thought, until last night when Alex came to me with her "Children's day Request list"

Translation( because this is not her best work, usually her spelling is much better!):
Dessert chocolate chip brownies. Dinner Chicken Alfredo and rolls and corn. Breakfast waffles. snack after school chocolate chip cookies. after school Kades house, time to be home 6:20. Go to bed 8:40. and done. (big hart)

I love how she knows exactly what she wants!
This is so funny on many levels! Her bed time is 8:00 (no exceptions) she has to be home from friends house at 5:30 ( no exceptions) I don't do junk food after school snacks, she usually gets an apple. But today is Children's day! So we had waffles for breakfast, we had Chocolate chip cookies for after-school snack, I even got her a present,instead of sending my beloved daughter out to play on this special day I bought some board games. William loves his "go Fishing " game, Alex got Crazy 8s and Old maid Reagan got CandyLand and we played them until dinner time.(not sure how Kade's mom would like her over till 6:20) Then of coarse we had chicken Alfredo, rolls, and corn! We compromised and put them to bed at 8:30. It was a fun day! I think every May 5th is Children's day at our house!
