Terrible 2's

Two years old, I always thought this was a fun age,(up until two days ago) he is talking, walking, saying fun things. William decided to test the limits of a 2 yr old. I will just list the events in chronicalogical order that happened in a 24 hr period...
1. He thinks it funny to push Reagan down when she pulls herself up on things.
2. He enjoys physically dragging Reagan by the feet into his room to "play"
3. While "playing" he drops toys on her head.
4. He emptys the entire bag of powdered sugar on the kitchen floor and drags Reagan into it to "Play" by this I mean drop sugar on her head!
5. He then climbs on a chair to the kitchen sink and dumps water all over my freshly powdered floor making sticky sugar glue!
Both children get a bath
6. While cleaning the sticky glue mess I banish him to his room where he found a Marker and drew all over his freshly bathed tummy, arms, and face. Into the bath he goes AGAIN.
7. Mommy is still mopping the floor and he sneaks into the living room, dumps the contents of my purse to find a pen to draw all over my couch!

By now Mommy has almost pulled all hair from her head and has put him upstairs with a movie hoping he will fall asleep while I scrub out pen from my couch. NO such luck.

8. He now finds my pictures just developed and cuts and draws all over them. I consider this lucky that he only cut pictures and not my leather couch!
9. He sees Reagan climbing the stairs so of coarse he has to push her down all three steps she climbed. (poor abused baby)
10. Im sure there was more but by this time I was so tramatized I must have blocked it all out!

AAAAAHHH the joys of the terrible 2's!

Phone Trama

I am way too dependent of my phone! I use my speed dial on my phone so I haven't dialed out a number in years! Meaning I don't have anyones phone number in my head. So I have lost my phone, it is officailly MIA, and my best friend thinks I have abandoned her, I can't call my hubby to see when he will be home, I prey nothing bad happens at school,my sister is probably bored to death, my mom might be worried, and I have transformed into a computer geek (my only link to the outside world)Please Phone come back to me soon! I promise to never threaten to throw you away, I will charge and clean you daily just come home!

Garage Sale!

We have cleaned out the house for the neighborhood junk sale. The last few days we have been gathering up all the junk in the house that might sell. ( Bob had the most junk) we set it up all nice in the garage waiting to pull it out in the morning only to wake to a very cold, wet, rainy, yucky day! Did that stop the crazies out for a good deal? Nope- 8:00 am and there is guy with a trailer waiting to get in our garage! I could not believe all the people still shopping garage sales in that weather! We sold quite a bit, and made enough to get Bob a Tux for the cruise! So I guess it was worth it.

Bath Buddies

Will and Reagan had so much fun splashing and giggleing I couldn't help running for the camera!!


Look at that smile, you can almost see her new tooth poking out, if you can get past those gorgeous eyes!

Sand Dunes

This weekend Eric and D (my bro and his wife)came to visit. We camped in Bruno Sand Dunes and played in the sand. We had great fun jumping off the edge. Eric had a great fall! Alex was fearless on the sled, she went down so fast I thought she was going to go into the lake! Even William climbed to the top, he was a little more reserved about jumping off, but very content to play in the sand. After the sand dunes we cleaned up the best we could and went to the observatory. It was a perfect nigth to see the stars, Full moon, clear skies. We saw 4 moons on jupiter and the moon was huge we could see all the little creators! Very cool!
Reagan had a rough night and cried alot giving Eric and D a hefty dose of birth control! I will be surprised if they even have kids after that night!

Air Show

After grabbing what sleep we could we got up and went to the Mountain Home Air show. It was amazing to see the planes fly in such close range. Will loved it even if he walked around all day with his ears covered.Alex really liked to hear the stories Daddy was telling her about living on base when he was a kid and how granpa used to fly airplanes. The kids got toy planes that have yet to be put down. It was a great weekend!!!

Aren't they pretty!?!

I spent 3 hr this morning cleaning boiling and canning peaches! It was all worth it cause they are soooooooo pretty! I can't wait to try them, but i just can't bring myself to opening one yet!!

Bob's new Toy

Yes Bob has yet, another gun! we had the truck for about a month and then he turned around and sold it for $1300 (remember we only paid $200) He has yet to stop playing with it, he walks around the house pretending to shoot bears with it. Even Reagan has come to playing with guns at the tender age of 7m. I am a little scared to ask when he wants to take her hunting!!

Picking peaches

Well I had a fun morning picking peaches! My friend Kristen and I and few others from her ward went out to the church orchard and picked 3 bushells. I plan on attempting to cann them on thursday, I have never done this with out my mothers supervision so it should be interesting..
