Surprise!

We are going to Disneyland!
This trip has been planned for months! The kids just found out about it today! It has been so hard to keep it secret. We even messed up a couple of time and let things slip, but kids are clueless. (I tried to upload the video, but blogger doesn't like it so I will just explain) We took the kids to the airport, thinking we were dropping Dad off for a work trip. They were all dressed up in their Disney shirts, Bob asked where they came from and where he could get one, finally after a few more probing questions they finally said "Disneyland" So we said "Lets GO" they kinda looked at us like we were crazy. We opened the truck up and they saw all their bags packed and we headed into the airport. They were just kinda following like they didn't get it. So while Bob was checking in the bags I sat them down and said, " We are going to DISNEYLAND!" then it hit....



They were finally getting excited! I'm not sure if it was because of the destination, or the fact they get to fly on a plane...



We landed and got our rental car, and headed off to the hotel. We had an awesome room facing Disneyland, and the pool. The kids were so excited, they got a little "care package" full of little snacks, a fan, hand sanitizer, and a Micky box with $10
for each of them!



Finally we are off to Disneyland!


We get in and head to the first ride we find. The Rocket,
William loved it. Next we headed to Small Small World, but we couldn't cross the road because the Disney parade started and blocked us in. i was excited to have front row but the kids had a mind set for rides and wasn't happy about having to wait. Until the princesses came out and then Reagan and Alex started waving!
Will was still upset...


After the parade it was Ride after ride after ride! The lines weren't bad at all and we had so much fun! The kids did pretty darn good, they walked all day and played hard. I think they were a Little jet lagged,
So we went back to the hotel about 9:30 just in time to watch the firework display from our hotel window!
