HAPPY BIRTHDAY REAGAN!

Holy crow how did my baby get to be one year old already? Didn't I just bring her home from the hospital a few months ago? I can't believe how fast this year has come and gone, Reagan has had a wonderful 1st year, she has been such a fun new addition to our family! In just a years time this sweet baby has turned into a walking,eating giggling, crying, teasing, little monster! I love it! Reagan has a great personality, she is a bit of a mommy's girl, but when she is home with me she loves to laugh, and tease her Brother, she is endlessly into things and is always figuring out new things. I love to follow her around and watch what she does all day. I can't wait to see what this next year will bring for her. Here are a few pictures of her growing up this past year....

99 things about me

Ok I am really bored, I was reading my emails and found this Tag. Don't worry I won't tag anybody else with this only if you want to do it.... It is really hard to come up with 100 things about yourself!

1. My favorite color is red

2. I drink Coke and Dr Pepper alternatly, William asks for a drink of my "Coke Pepper"


3. I hate breakfast

4. I am a mom of three

5. I have been married to a wonderful man for 10 years.

6. I love cats but can't seem to keep one :(

7. I have a fish.

8. I have a cute husky puppy.

9. When I was little I had a gap in my front teeth.

10. On long drives I sit with my left leg curled under.

11. I hate seat belts, but I am trying to learn to like them.

13. I can't keep plants alive. All of my plants are fake.

14. I hate pink

15. I have a personal space bubble. Only people I LOVE can enter into this bubble comfortably. Hugs are a littel akwerd.

17. I am afraid of the dark if I am alone.

18. I love scary movies. Not bloody ones. Think the 6th sence.

19. I hate spiders. Even little ones give me the creeps eeew!

20. I miss hanging out with my bros and sister, wish they lived closer!

23. I brush my teeth 3-4x a day and I still have LOTS of cavitis.

59. I can't handle the feel of raw wood. NO wooden spoons in my house! and the sound of wood on a metal pan gives me chills. Just thinking about it I have goose bumps.YUCK!

70. Teaching primary is a challenge for me. I don't know why I am nervous in front of a bunch of 6 year olds.

85. I did a backflip on the trampoline when I was 6 mo pregnant.

86. I bet my brother $100 that I could do a backflip at age 40.

87. I want to skydive for my 30th birthday.

95. I am a morning person. (didn't used to be, but kids do things to ya!)

96. I am a "slective perfectionist" meaning my dishes and food must be put in the right place or it bugs me, but my room can look like a tornado hit!

98. I just relized I don't have 100 things about me to share.

99. I have no problem changing this title to "99 things about me"

Slacker catch up!

Okay it has been awhile since I posted but I am partially blaming it on my yucky cold, I have been sick for what seems FOREVER! and partially for Mary giving me a really good book that I couldn't put down even to BLOG! Thanx Mary! Okay so there are my excuses so here goes my life for the past couple of weeks.....

Redecorating! I moved all my furniture around in the living room making it look SO different and open! I really like the change!



I liked doing that so I decided to continue into Alex's room. I wish I had taken a before picture cause I turned "Butterfly Mess" into "Butterfly Bliss"!She loves her room now and has actually kept it clean for almost a week! (we were gone for 3 of the 7 days but hey can't complain!)

After my redecorating kick, Bob and I went to see Ron White (X-mas present for Bob) He was hilarious! I laughed for a solid 2 hours! My face hurt from smiling for so long! ( I love that feeling)



After the show we did a spur of the moment trip(story of my life) to Washington to enjoy the 3 day weekend!We had fun just playing games and going to movies and enjoying good company!

Being home for less then a week, Bob and I have found a house we are interested in buying! It is perfect, only 3 doors down from where we are now. Alex doesn't have to move schools, we can stay in our awesome ward, and the move should be relativly easy,(as much as moves can go) So we are putting an offer in today and we will wait and see!!*fingers crossed*

So far 2009 has been great! (minus my cold)

Resolved

It's only 12 days into the New Year and already I am procrastinating....

I intended to post my resolutions somwhere around the first. Oh, well, better late then never, right? (Plus I think I have postponed actually starting some of these resolutions...OH wait thats a bad thing.)

Here they are in no particular order:
* Excercise more ( considering I hardly do any, this should be easy .. in theory)
* Eat less Sugar ( This means I will cut back on the Dr Pepper, Not all, I could never survive a year with out, but maybe just 1 or 2 a day instead of 3-4. Oh, and I am throwing away all the extra christmas candy.(except the really good stuff)
* Spend less Money ( no more daily trips to walmart! I will make a list and keep to it! )
* Get ready for the day EVERY day in a timly manner.( I am a little embarresssed this is a resolution but really one should only have a pjama day once in awhile not daily right?)
* Be more optimistic (so vague it's perfect!)

Okay so I got tagged AGAIN! I might have ignored it but I was called out personally to do the first picture in my file. I really don't mind, it is fun going through my pictures, but a little overwhelming cause I relize how far behind on Scrapbooking I am! Here is my pic....


This is so classic William! William is the house ghost, he sneaks around all night and in the morning I find little things he has gotten into, Well this one wasn't so little! We were watching a movie with icecream and I had left the choclate syrup out, well as you can see Wil found it! It was too funny to get mad at, I was laughing so hard I think he thought he was in big trouble, just look at that face!!!

This is a picture of Eric, my younger brother, and William, last April when we went to Pocatello to visit my family. We went to lunch at Johnny B Goods and had the traditional HUGE milkshakes ( what you see in the glass is only half of what they give you,)! There is usally a fight for the cherries on top! Yumm!

Snow Days

With all the recent snow Alex has been begging to go sledding. I being a NON-cold person and having a baby was not excited for this idea.So my very smart hubby, went out and created thier very own sledding hill in the front yard! I can see from the front window all nice and warm, and they can play till there toes are cold!!




I finally did give in and bundled upp and took Reagan out. She was not quite sure what to think of all that white stuff, and when it got on her hands she was not happy so I took her in before I got cold!

Christmas

Wow, what a great holiday season!! .

















We had My parents and my 2 younger brothers come visit for a Pre-christmas/Alex's Birthday PartyAlex got her DS and MP3 player, can you say spoiled!

Then we opened Christmas PJs and played some very serious games of WII. ( to the point where I was actually sore the following day!)






For Christmas we traveled to Wa. It was really nice to have the entire family there.


We spent Christmas Eve at Leslie's house and sang Christmas carols and opened one present. Then Christmas morning was amazing to see the tree half buried in presents and the fireplace surrounded with stockings!


















I have so many pictures, too many to share them all so here are a few good ones!


After Christmas Bob had to go home for a few days to work but I stayed and enjoyed time with my in-laws! I gotta say, they are the best! I think of them as my family! We have so much fun together shopping, playing cards, putting puzzles together, it really doesn't matter what we do it is always a good time and lots of fun!
Bob came back just in time for the New Years Eve party at Leslie where we played some great games and had fun counting down 2008. I can not believe how fast this year has gone!
